Jamie White, our Performance Specialist will present new challenging workouts to prepare the body and mind for the explosive nature of the golf swing. These programs increase mobility and develop muscular endurance for improved 18-hole performance. Our goal is to promote a community of golf driven, health conscious athletes who want to take their game to the next level.
This program is as much educational as it is physical. It correlates exercise progressions with swing mechanics for the most precise, effective golf performance in the PNW. This program is a great addition for players who enjoy the process of improving and are looking to add the fitness component to their game improvement routine without sacrificing a huge time commitment.
