Gregg, a PGA Member of 20 years, is the Founder of the Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance Centers LLC.. Founded in 2007, Gregg actively operates the award winning Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance and Fitting Centers offering golfers three Facilities in the Pacific Northwest: Bellevue, Willows Run Golf Complex and Safeco Field.
With over 30 years of experience in the golf industry and more than 50,000 lessons taught, Gregg’s lifelong pursuit of understanding movement and the fundamentals of the golf swing led him to seek answers through technology. His philosophy is based on providing precise feedback to communicate and develop proper training methods which expedite the improvement process. Regardless of movement capacity, improving fundamental impact alignments while moving efficiently can help golfers of all ages and skill levels enjoy the great game of golf.
Gregg has a passion for collecting technology which provide the vehicle for communicating the improvement process. The Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance and Fitting Centers implement an impressive collection of technology to provide its PGA Certified Instructors and Fitters the most precise information possible to help golfers of all ages and skill levels practice and improve. Gregg spends the majority of time teaching and fitting golfers but, enjoys travelling, spending time with family and creating innovative ways to improve.
Jeff Clay- General Manager/Instructor

Jeff joined the Gregg Rogers Golf Performance team in March of 2015 from TPC Snoqualmie Ridge where he was the Interim Head Professional. Prior to TPC Snoqualmie Ridge Jeff worked at Sand Point Country Club in Seattle and Bear Creek Country Club in Woodinville. Jeff is a Class A PGA Golf Professional with extensive experience in teaching the game of golf to golfers of all levels. He worked with The First Tee of North Puget Sound teaching juniors of all ages.
An accomplished player, Jeff most recently held a handicap of +1.8, the course record at Lynnwood Golf Course and several tournament victories. A 2004 graduate of The University of Washington with a degree in History and Graphic Design, he was a member of the Husky Football team.
Away from the course, Jeff loves spending time with his wife Marika and daughter Madison and enjoys hiking, snowboarding, playing soccer and travel. Jeff is an avid Seattle sports fan and can be found supporting the Huskies, Seahawks, Sounders, and Mariners.
John Kim- PGA Instructor

John is the senior member of our PGA staff and is our Lead Club Builder. He joins us form Scottsdale, AZ where he spent 7 years teaching golf and learning from two PGA National Teachers of the Year, Mike Malaska and Bill Forrest. He was an instructor at McDowell Mountain Golf Club, Troon Country Club and the Trilogy at Vistancia. John believes every golfer has a unique way of swinging the golf club and tries to get his students to imprint proper fundamentals in the most efficient way possible.
John is a graduate of the University of Washington and Virginia College with BS Degrees in Physics and Golf Course Management. John’s holds certifications from Trackman University, US Kids Golf, and TPI Level 1.
Tanner Clarke- PGA Instructor

Tanner came to the Gregg Rogers' Golf Performance team in January of 2014 from Brasada Canyons Golf Club in Bend, Oregon and completed various internships at courses across the Western United States including Pronghorn Golf Club in Bend, Oregon and The Broadmoor Golf Club in Colorado Springs, Colorado. A 2013 Graduate of the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and PGA Golf Management, Tanner is a PGA Member certified in instruction, club fitting, and club repair/building. He works well with students of all ages and skill levels as his philosophy accounts for individual attributes and swing identity while improving the fundamentals of the golf swing.
Tanner played competitive junior golf while growing up in Oregon and continues to pursue the competitive side of Professional golf. Tanner directs the Saturday Junior Clinics and social media for the Performance Center. Aside from golf, Tanner is an avid snowboarder, skier and mountain biker.

Russell Einspahr - PGA Instructor

Russell also joined from us from the TPC Snoqualmie Ridge where he spent 2 years as a PGA Member golf instructor. Russell is a Class A PGA Golf Professional with extensive experience in teaching the game of golf to golfers of all ages and skill levels. Russell is an experienced Tournament player and is an avid skier, mountain biker and outdoors-man.
LEVEL III - PGA APPRENTICE
Alex is currently a Level III PGA Apprentice excited to become a PGA Member and join the ranks of the Pacific Northwest Chapter. He has been teaching golf for 5 years and graduated from the Golf Academy of America in 2008. Alex began his career in Member Services at The Golf Club at Ravenna in Littleton, CO. After working 2 seasons in CO he and his wife decided to move back to his roots in the Pacific Northwest and the Professional Staff at Fircrest Golf Club in Tacoma, WA.
Alex is a passionate instructor and enjoys working with all ages and skill levels of students. He is currently our Junior Development Leader for our Summer Golf Camps and is active with First Tee of Seattle and Get Golf Ready Programs at our Willows Run location in Redmond, WA.
Kurt Valley joined us in late 2014 from Atlanta GA. A graduate of Ferris State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Kurt received a golf scholarship and played in every event in his 4 year tenure at Ferris. He was the Ferris State team captain his Junior and Senior Years and led the team to great success, competing at nationals 3 of 4 years where the team finished 8th and 6th in 2009 and 2010.
After a successful college career he turned pro and played for 3 years on the Web.com, Hooters, Egolf, and Peach State Professional Golf Tours. He competed in Q-school in 2012 and 2013 and had several professional wins. He came to us after working at Cherokee Town & Country Club located in Sandy Springs, GA. And has an excellent understanding of the golf swing and club fitting.
In his free time Kurt enjoys hiking with his wife, playing basketball and is an avid Chicago Bears Fan.
