Gregg, a PGA Member of 20 years, is the Founder of the Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance Center LLC.. Founded in 2007, Gregg actively operates the award winning Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance and Fitting Center in Bellevue.
Gregg has a passion for collecting technology which provide the vehicle for communicating the improvement process. The Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance and Fitting Centers implement an impressive collection of technology to provide its PGA Certified Instructors and Fitters the most precise information possible to help golfers of all ages and skill levels practice and improve. Russell also joined from us from the TPC Snoqualmie Ridge where he spent 2 years as a PGA Member Golf Instructor. Russell is a Class A PGA Golf Professional with extensive experience in teaching the game of golf to golfers of all ages and skill levels. A 2013 graduate of University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, Russell is an experienced Tournament player and is an avid skier, mountain biker and outdoors-man.

Tanner came to the Gregg Rogers' Golf Performance team in January of 2014 from Brasada Canyons Golf Club in Bend, Oregon and completed various internships at courses across the Western United States including Pronghorn Golf Club in Bend, Oregon and The Broadmoor Golf Club in Colorado Springs, Colorado. A 2013 Graduate of the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and PGA Golf Management, Tanner is a PGA Member certified in instruction, club fitting, and club repair/building. He works well with students of all ages and skill levels as his philosophy accounts for individual attributes and swing identity while improving the fundamentals of the golf swing.
Tanner played competitive junior golf while growing up in Oregon and continues to pursue the competitive side of Professional golf. Tanner directs the Saturday Junior Clinics and social media for the Performance Center. Aside from golf, Tanner is an avid snowboarder, skier and mountain biker.

Kurt Valley joined us in late 2014 from Atlanta GA. A graduate of Ferris State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Kurt received a golf scholarship and played in every event in his 4 year tenure at Ferris. He was the Ferris State team captain his Junior and Senior Years and led the team to great success, competing at nationals 3 of 4 years where the team finished 8th and 6th in 2009 and 2010.
After a successful college career he turned pro and played for 3 years on the Web.com, Hooters, Egolf, and Peach State Professional Golf Tours. He competed in Q-school in 2012 and 2013 and had several professional wins. He came to us after working at Cherokee Town & Country Club located in Sandy Springs, GA. And has an excellent understanding of the golf swing and club fitting. In his free time Kurt enjoys hiking with his wife, playing basketball and is an avid Chicago Bears Fan.

Jeff joined the Gregg Rogers Golf Performance team in March of 2015 from TPC Snoqualmie Ridge where he was the Head PGA Professional. Prior to TPC Snoqualmie Ridge Jeff worked at Sand Point Country Club in Seattle and Bear Creek Country Club in Woodinville. Jeff is a Class A PGA Golf Professional with extensive experience in teaching the game of golf to golfers of all levels. He worked with The First Tee of North Puget Sound teaching juniors of all ages.
An accomplished player, Jeff most recently held a handicap of +1.8, the course record at Lynnwood Golf Course and several tournament victories. A 2004 graduate of The University of Washington with a degree in History and Graphic Design, he was a member of the Husky Football team.
Away from the course, Jeff loves spending time with his wife Marika, daughter Madison and son Brayden and enjoys hiking, snowboarding, playing soccer and travel. Jeff is an avid Seattle sports fan and can be found rooting on the Huskies, Seahawks, Sounders, and Mariners.
Mike has joined us after 10 years of pursuing a career playing golf at the highest level. After being one of the top junior golfers in the state Mike moved to Arizona to attend The Golf Academy of America and earned a degree in Golf Operations Management. It was there that Mike became certified in teaching and in club fitting. After The Golf Academy Mike moved to San Diego and began competing on various mini tours.
After four years in San Diego he moved back to Kirkland and joined Aldarra Golf Club where he continued playing full time for four more years. It was at Aldarra where he built his relationship with former number one amateur in the world and four time NCAA All American Chris Williams. Mike went on the road with Chris for two years caddying and coaching him through Q school, the PGA Tour Canada and The PGA Tour. Caddying at Colonial in Texas and the Farmers Open at Torrey Pines in San Diego gave Mike an up close and personal look at the world’s best and what makes them so good.
