Gregg Rogers, a PGA Member since 1996, is the visionary behind Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance Center LLC. Establishing the award-winning Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance and Fitting Center in Bellevue in 2007, Gregg actively manages its operations.

Boasting over 30 years in the golf industry and a staggering 75,000+ lessons taught, Gregg's profound expertise stems from a lifelong dedication to understanding movement and the core principles of the golf swing, driving him to explore technological solutions. His philosophy revolves around precise feedback, aiding in the communication of proper training methods that expedite the improvement journey. He believes in enhancing fundamental impact alignments and efficiency in movement, benefiting golfers of all ages and skill levels, fostering an enjoyable golf experience.

Gregg's fervor for technology fuels his quest to facilitate the improvement process. The Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance and Fitting Centers integrate a remarkable array of technology, empowering PGA Certified Instructors and Fitters to offer precise guidance for golfers to practice and elevate their game. While dedicating most of his time to teaching and fitting golfers, Gregg finds joy in travel, family time, and devising innovative methods for improvement. His passion for advancement drives the ethos of continual enhancement at the heart of the centers he leads.

JAMES ADOLFSON

PGA INSTRUCTOR & CLUB FITTER

James brings a wealth of expertise to our Instruction & Fitting team, having graduated from the University of Idaho with a bachelor's degree in marketing, specializing in PGA Golf Management, and earning his PGA Membership.

As a Class A PGA Professional, James possesses comprehensive training across swing methodology, body movement, equipment dynamics, club fitting, building, and repairs. Beyond his impressive knowledge base, his standout qualities lie in his profound passion for assisting others and his exceptional communication skills. James thrives on empowering individuals to reach their utmost potential, utilizing his expertise to facilitate their growth.

Outside of work, James is an avid learner, enjoys staying active through exercise, and finds solace in the beauty of the great outdoors. Whether it's camping, fishing, or skiing, he embraces outdoor adventures during his leisure time.

NELSON KNIGHT

INSTRUCTOR - MASTER CLUB FITTER/BUILDER

Nelson brings over two decades of industry experience to Gregg Rogers’ Performance Centers, stemming from his background as both a competitive player and coach, deeply rooted in Seattle.

His competitive journey spanned three years at Pacific Lutheran University, culminating in a degree in K-12 Physical Education with a Health Endorsement. For the past 11 seasons, Nelson has been the guiding force behind King’s High School's golf team in Seattle, where he notably led the 2009 and 2016 King’s Boys Golf WIAA 1A State Championship teams to victory.

Driven by a passion for nurturing golfers of all ages and skill levels, Nelson takes immense pride in infusing joy into the learning process of the game. His goal is to foster skill development while ensuring a fun and engaging experience for all enthusiasts.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Nelson relishes moments spent with family and friends. His love for travel intertwines with his quest for new golf courses, driving him to explore fairways worldwide.

PRANAV SHAH

PGA APPRENTICE INSTRUCTOR - CLUB FITTER/BUILDER

Pranav, a recent graduate from Western Washington University College of Business and Economics, boasts a fifteen-year journey in the world of golf. His initiation began with junior camps, leading to competitive play, and eventually, multiple roles within the industry. With extensive expertise in club fitting, his genuine passion lies in elevating golfers' games and unlocking their full potential.

Outside of his professional domain, Pranav indulges in snowboarding adventures, exploring global destinations, and discovering new golf courses to play. His enthusiasm for the game transcends his work, resonating in his leisure activities as well.
