Online Shipping Information
Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance online orders will ship via various preferred carriers. Our policy is to strive for the best possible combination of price and service for your shipment.
Overnight shipments will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after departing Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance or the manufacturer. 2-Day Air shipments arrive two business days after departing Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance or the manufacturer. 3rd-Day Air shipments arrive three business days after departing Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance or the manufacturer. On-time deliveries for both methods are guaranteed by our preferred carriers. Shipping delays may occur during busy holidays or in the spring -- we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times.
Most orders are shipped within 72 hours of online placement subject to inventory on hand. Orders placed by 11am (PST) Monday-Friday may be eligible for same day Overnight, 2-Day Air, or 3rd-Day Air shipments, and are subject to inventory on hand. Please take this into consideration when specifying expedited shipping requests.
Some products are subject to shipping restrictions because of size or weight and may be delayed because of these reasons.
Shipping Rates
PO Box orders are not eligible for shipment with our preferred carriers.
The domestic shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states via Gregg Rogers’ ground shipping. Our online shopping system will automatically apply shipping rates based on your order amount, location, and method of choice, allowing you to see the total cost of your order prior to submitting it and obtaining an Order Number.
Sales Tax
Because Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance operates retail establishments in Washington State, we are required by Washington State tax code to collect sales tax on merchandise or merchandise plus shipping and handling. This tax is sent to Washington State, not held by Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance.
Shipping Delays and Damaged Goods
Our Customer Service Representatives are available by calling 1-425-556-9022 M-F 8am-6pm PST. If possible, please have your order number handy.
Because of size and weight limitations, shipments may arrive in more than one package. Please wait a few days for all units to arrive before communicating with us. The number of packages shipped is indicated on shipping labels and on our invoice. Delivery time varies with distance and method of shipment used.
If it is necessary to inquire about a delay in the delivery of an order, please state the name and address under which the merchandise was ordered, the date mailed, description of merchandise and any special information which you might think necessary to enable us to trace with the carrier.
If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance at once to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made with the carrier within ten days of invoice date.
No return merchandise will be accepted without valid cause and only with our written authorization. All returns must be prepaid and must be accompanied by the original packing slip. We recommend saving the original carton.
Shortages
Many orders ship in multiple cartons and may arrive days apart, so check your packing slip before calling to report a shortage. All claims for shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.
Return/Exchange Policy
Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance will exchange or refund non-equipment merchandise purchased through our retail store or website, within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the original sales receipt and in new, unused condition.
Equipment may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase and must be in new and unused condition. A 20% re-stocking fee may be applicable at the discretion of Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance for equipment not in new or unused condition.
All sale merchandise sales are final and may not be returned.
All orders may be returned to Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance Center in Bellevue, Washington. All return shipping charges must be prepaid (C.O.D.’s will not be accepted). All claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of product receipt. All Store returns are subject to verification by a valid and current driver’s license, state identification or other approved form of identification from a governmental entity.
Exceptions and Exclusions
Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of certain merchandise, such as special or custom orders, custom clubs, assembled or altered components, personalized items and media (e.g. books, video, software, etc.). Free goods, received as part of a promotional offers or a sale are not eligible for exchange or return. Used merchandise may also be refused.
Warranty Claims/Defective Returns
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturer’s products or may be found on their respective website. Any Defective product may be returned anytime while under the manufacturer’s warranty period. Please contact Gregg Rogers’ Golf Performance prior to returning any merchandise for warranty or defective consideration.
